The Billie is designed by Rivendell Bicycle Works. It is based on the Nitto Albatross bar, but has less rise and more flare.
The most significant difference is straight grip area, which is 8.25" long – more that 2" longer than the Albatross – so there is room in front of the brake lever and thumbshifter to use as a hand position.
