EVT Field Unit Comp Mobile Repair Stand

The goal of the original Field Unit  was to build the ultimate repair stand that didn't compromise stellar functionality and reliability to save a couple of pounds.

That amazing workstand, co-developed by Minoura of Japan, features Efficient Velo Tool’s legendary “Right Arm Clamp”. The clamp’s offset design with balanced rotation has made EVT a well known name in high end bike shops world wide. 

The new Field Unit Comp was designed for home and pro mechanics that want a lighter, more affordable form factor. The Comp weighs only 13.9 lbs. even though the clamp is still mostly steel.

It  requires two inches of exposed seatpost to clamp onto and has a smooth counter-weighted handle that allows the mechanic to gently clamp any size seatpost with precise pressure control. It uses lighter aluminum tubing, but still offers stability that is hard to match. Plus Minoura's precise construction means none of the unpleasant clunkiness of cheaper stands.

Simplified EVT Right Arm Repair Clamp
